Well, it’s not possible to disable notes totally. But we can mute Instagram notes. We cannot do it in the bulk. We can mute notes from a specific person by either muting from the notes option or going to the profile of the person. To mute notes through the Notes section:

Open the Instagram app on your device>move to the dm section>select and hold the note you want to disable>you will notice the option list>select mute notes and so you are done!
