So in this movie Tanjiro Nezuko Zenitsu and Inosuke board a train to help Flame Hashira Rengoku in his mission to kill demons. After some time Akaza, one of the strongest demons of the upper moon Three, appears and attacked Demon slayers. Hashira fights alone with him and got wounded badly and after some time Akaza ran away because the sunlight appeared and right after then Hashira died and Tanjiro who is filled with anger calls him a coward and after then Hashira encourages his whole team and died.
