It is confirmed that the season will include eight fresh episodes.

I don’t think he knew the extent that he’s hurt people, so this season, I think that’s what he’s kind of learning.” His co-star also added that in Barry’s season 3 we can see every character struggling to become a better version of themselves.

Barry Season 3 was created, written, and directed by Alec Berg and Hader. Hader, Berg, Aida Rodgers, and Liz Sarnoff are the executive producer of the show. Julie Camino is the producer of the show. There are many other additional writers as well in Barry season 3, including Emma Barrie, Jason Kim, Emily Heller, Duffy Boudreau, and Sarnoff.

In a January 2021 interview with Seth Meyers, Bill Hader said that, despite the fact that production had not yet begun, he had already written Season 4 in its entirety.
